Eligibility

All of our certified pre-owned models are built in the past five years or sooner and fewer than 75,000 miles on the odometer. This requirement helps ensure there is relatively little wear to the vehicle and that it will remain reliable.

Vehicle History Report

One of the top concerns when buying used is the history of the vehicle. When buying from a private seller, you often don't have a clear picture of the vehicle's past and have to take it at face value. We provide free CARFAX® vehicle history reports, which allow you to view crucial information from the comfort of your home.

You can access these reports directly from our inventory page to get a clearer picture of the condition and history of the vehicle. A third party compiles information provided from the DMV so that you can count on an objective, accurate report on the vehicle. When you look through a report, you will find information on everything from past collisions to the number of previous owners, allowing you to buy with confidence.

Inspection

To become a certified pre-owned vehicle, each model must pass a comprehensive 125-point inspection. This inspection ensures the vehicle meets the brand's high standards for reliability. Certified technicians perform the inspection to check everything from the acceleration performance to the condition of the upholstery.

If any issues are found, authorized technicians will service or replace parts following factory recommendations until the vehicle can pass. With this rigorous inspection, you can feel confident our certified pre-owned inventory is safe, in exceptional condition, and reliable.

Warranty Coverage

You can discover a new level of assurance and avoid costs from faulty components or workmanship with impressive certified pre-owned warranties. A seven-year, 100,000-mile powertrain limited warranty begins with the vehicle's original sale and covers most powertrain components.

There is also a three-month, 3,000-mile maximum care warranty, which starts at the date of the certified pre-owned vehicle sale or when the remainder of the Basic New Vehicle Warranty expires. You can even upgrade to three plans for even more peace of mind. The Complementary Mopar® Vehicle Protection™ Plans include: Powertrain Care, Added Care Plus, and Maximum Care.

Roadside Coverage

We want drivers to enjoy a new level of confidence when behind the wheel of one of our certified pre-owned models. Roadside assistance covers you in an emergency so that you don't have to shoulder the burden on your own. Some of the services that come with this coverage include:

  • Flat-tire service (with your good spare)
  • Gas delivery (up to two gallons)
