It uses a gas engine paired with an electric motor to offer greater fuel efficiency and performance while offering you an EV range for short driving distances, which can easily be recharged overnight with a standard charger or at public charging stations. You can also replenish the battery through regenerative braking.
The current plug-in hybrid vehicle lineup at the dealership includes:
- Dodge Hornet: the crossover has plug-in hybrid options with 288 horsepower and 32 miles of EV range on the R/T and R/T Plus trims
- Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid: you can enjoy the versatility and space while also getting a 32-mile electric range
- Jeep Wrangler 4xe: select this plug-in hybrid available on select Wrangler trims to boost its overall efficiency and offer a 21-mile EV range and enjoy off-road fun
- Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe: with 25 miles of EV range and 470 miles of total driving, the Grand Cherokee enhances its appeal with its plug-in hybrid variant

The Dodge lineup is also set to welcome a fully electric option with the newly re-christened Dodge Charger Daytona, slated to offer a range of around 300 miles and quick charging times.
